Our displayed breads on our shelves are all with plain sourdough loaf and plain sourdough butter bread series. After the customers order the bread menus checking via our menu paper, we will prepare and cook the bread piece by piece or menu by menu to create the best flavour to our clients. This process would create some misunderstanding info because we have some differentiation from other shops in terms of showing all the menu on the shelves to select but we choose to create the flavours by doing piece by piece instead.
