BeApeのカジュアル版。料理は全うなフレンチ。でもかしこまらない。 ガチョウのパテから始まり、メインはコンフィ。実はメニューの幅は広くない(そのうえ品切れあった)ので、そこは注意。 料理自体はすごくおいしい。コンフィは中がジューシーで期待通り。サイドも追加したけど、安くはないからこれならパスタ一品入れてもよかったかも。お値段は高め。 It is a genuine casual French. Actually, the range of the menu were not so wide. (even they could not serve some of them when we visited.) Yet, the taste was good for me. We started with Goose Pate and moved to main - Goose confit. The confit had a crispy outside and juicy inside. This was what I wanted. We added some side menu options but these prices were not so cheap. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+

Your food saved this review, we went there for our anniversary date, food was all very good, although for this type of prices , we were expecting more introduction on the food, when the staff approached us , all she did was pointing out which ones are popular, that was literally it. Very very short, quick and zero explanations to share about the food, I assume Gras isn't intend to be only pricy fast food restaurant, your food certainly isnt. They were good. It really wasn't busy either, we were the third table seated. The worst part came when we're nearly finished, we weren't seated late , and it wasn't passed hours. The kitchen staff drags out a big~~black trash bag, and we could smell it's food trash.... The indoor section is very compact, the ending experience made us hard to come back because of afraid to experience the unpleasantness with the trash bag thingy... I'm not sure if it's a one time thing, or your restaurant always does this everyday, clear out big trash passing through customers while still dinning.
