Cold rice and cold dish. If only one of them is cold is still acceptable, but both is cold (not even room temp), which is very unpleasant to eat. A very sad meal and only cai fan available here. Given the price is not cheap for cai fan, 3 veggies and plain rice cost $10... Meal type: Dinner
