Today my husband n me went for dinner at Greendot Bedok. We were at table 3. Table 4 is beside. When the waiter service food, she was unable to reach table 3 (she has to squeeze in between the seats) instead she asked the table 4 diners to pass the food to us. For hygiene : 1. The table 4, diners were talking, the food passed between them. May have some saliva droplet. 2. Are the hands of the diners who passed the food to us, clean to touch the plates or their fingers may accidentally touch the food. My husband's food was passed by the table 4 diners but I stop mine, I took over from the waiter, but it was still from table 4 to table 3. Feeling no good. Service worker need to be careful with hygiene. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20

They used to have the QQ tofu which is our family favourite, since they stopped providing we have much lessen our visit to the store. I hope they can consider to reinstate this choice again. Learned from the staffs many patrons are also disappointed that they have discontinued this choice. And their flexibility of substitution of veg choices in other dishes are also low tolerance to customer’s request, even if offering to top up. Management should learn to listen to customer’s feedback seriously. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Came for my favourite Gyoza mee pok for lunch. It was full house, so I had to share table with another customer. Service was prompt, staff were attentive, polite and well organized, they came to check with me as soon as there was a vacant table and if I want to have a more spacious seat. I see customers coming to dine with babies or elderly whom are wheelchair bound. Baby chairs and tables are readily re-arrange to accommodate to the customer needs. Today I got $2 off my meal for being a loyal customer. Always enjoy dining at Greendot Bedok Mall. Keep up the good work! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
