I'm a vegetarian and GreenDot has always been the first go to place for best clean and healthy vegetarian food Customer service is excellent, specially Aunty Jane customer service is very personal towards each customer. She's caring, very agile at this age. She ensure correct order had been served. I’m a regular at this joint. And, would highly recommend the lion mane Rendang set. Staffs here are friendly, nice & Polite and a special shout out to Mdm Jane! Food here is nice and economica prices! Restaurant ambience is relaxed too. Thank you, Green Dot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always patronize Greendot Paya Lebar Square, but an unpleasant incident on 24 Sep 2022 (as attached receipt) left a bad taste in my mouth.Asked for fork from the CHINA lady (supervisor) when she brought the food to our desk, and she immediately took away BOTH our chopsticks & soup spoon from the laksa without a word (straight face).When she returned with the metal fork & metal spoon, we nicely informed her that we actually need the “soup spoon” with the fork. Then, she gave an impatient & Buay Song (unhappy) face to us. My husband directly voluntered to go take it ourselves then.Very rude & unprofessional from a SUPERVISOR at Greendot Paya Lebar Square branch?! Even the auntie staff (Jane?) is so much more friendly & nice to us during our every visit. How did such an impolite “supervisor” passed her interview? Very BAD example to her team, how could she lead her team with such *thumbs down” behaviour? Shame on you. 没有基本礼貌和服务精神
