Tasteless new flame chicken. Only the presentation is good for a show. Generally, the food is not good as I expected. Oh, the service is okay but no smiles at all. The Lady Manager who has a brown hair colour is seriously unhospitable! Nor happy with her job, is she? Will not recommend this restaurant. Yes, that bad!

The food wasn’t great. I was expecting better things from such a well established restaurant but was quite disappointed. Ordered the 4 seasons pizza which barely had any toppings as compared to the images on the menu, and had a lot of uncooked flour on the base too. The ambience and decor and seating is quite nice and the service is decent Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $200–250 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Number of vegetarian options including pizzas and pastas

Unexpected Poor Service at Time Squares Greenhouse On July 10, 2024 around 1:00 PM, I visited Greenhouse for a normal office worker's lunch. Unfortunately, the service was unexpectedly poor. The wait time for the food was close to 1 hour, which is unacceptable for a lunch service. To make matters worse, the soup was served cold when it arrived. The main dishes also took over an hour to be served. Due to the lengthy delays, I ended up needing to get the food to-go and eat back at the office. A 10% discount was offered without my consent, but I did not have the time to deal with the manager about the poor service at that point. If your restaurant is unable to provide timely and quality service, especially during peak lunch hours, I would strongly encourage you to review and improve your operations. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that fell well short of the service I would expect. Price per person: $150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
