The food quality has sadly detiorated. We had shrimp cake which we had to return because it smelled really bad. The crab fried rice was very bland as well as the pad thai. The crab omelette was new on the menu so we decided to try it but that too was a disappointment. We couldn’t find the crab in the omelette. Even the service was mediocre. I asked for warm water for my mom and the server gave me a long face and never gave it. Overall the experience was not very satisfying. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible Service in a Luxury Location! The menu at Greyhound Café Galleria (K11 MUSEA) at Victoria Dockside in Kowloon, Hong Kong seems like authentic Thai food, and the location inside the luxury mall is excellent. However, my experience here was completely ruined by the staff. I visited (15.05.26) just to have some coffee and relax. I ordered a hot latte, a cold latte & 2 cakes. One of the staff members misheard the order and brought a Coke instead. When she went to change it to a cold latte, she became visibly angry and looked at me with pure hatred. To make matters worse, when I finished and said thank you, she completely ignored me, refused to answer, and did not smile at all. The waitstaff here is incredibly unfriendly. As I sat there enjoying my coffee, I observed the service, and the staff remained consistently rude to other customers throughout the entire time. A great location means nothing if the service is this poor. I do not recommend this cafe if you want a relaxing experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
