This option offers Greyhound comfort within the environs of MedPark hospital. The wings hit first: a loose hill of golden chicken on paper, pandan leaves fried through like green confetti. Bite in and the crust snaps, then slips into soft skin and fish-sauce savour, a little funk, a little pepper, nothing polite about the craving it triggers. Fried salmon toro doubles down on comfort: buttery belly in a thin crisp coat, garlic chips catching the light, kaffir lime leaves threaded underneath while three sauces argue over who gets the last piece. In the glass, iced lemon tea behaves like the house manifesto: tea-ice cubes, dry tannin, real zest and juice, sweetness dialled to “second glass, still happy”.
