ディナーに訪れた。ハンバーグは問題ないが、ご飯がべちゃべちゃで全てが台無しであった。一緒に同行した者のご飯は問題がなかったので、ご飯を盛るスタッフのレベルに問題があるのかも知れない。接客は丁寧で雰囲気も悪くはないが、ご飯のクオリティが低いのは和食系レストランでは致命的。. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The meat is exceptionally marbled and tender, cooked to a perfect medium-rare with rich, juicy flavor that melts in your mouth—no chewiness at all. The red wine reduction sauce elevates it beautifully: silky and balanced with garlic, herbs, and subtle acidity, adding layers of depth without overpowering the beef. The fries are a highlight too—crispy outside, fluffy inside, with seasoning reminiscent of cajun style: simple yet masterful hits of salt and herbs for that addictive perfection.
