Horrible Management & Non-existent Customer Service! Absolute Chaos! As a licensed pet-friendly establishment, their handling of seating and pet boundaries is a complete disaster. There is NO clear segregation between the pet-designated area and the regular dining zone. The staff are completely invisible. There is no host at the door to provide seating assistance or guidance. When I seated myself at an empty table, the waiters intentionally ignored multiple requests to take my order. Worse still, due to the total lack of staff intervention, some dog owners were left free to stare at other customers aggressively without anyone stepping in to defuse the tension.Total lack of hospitality, ignored orders, and zero professional guidance. If your management is incapable of implementing basic regulations, do not open a pet-friendly business. Avoid this place at all costs. 1 star is a massive overstatement. Grind & Brew is a cozy gem for coffee lovers! The atmosphere is warm, the staff is friendly, and their lattes are perfectly crafted with rich, bold flavors. Pastries are fresh, and the free Wi-Fi makes it a great spot for work or relaxation. Highly recommend their signature cold brew! Also it is a Cathay Pacific Card Linked Earn partner, allowing you to earn Asia Miles on your spending. Simply link up your card to the AM account.
