I visited on 12 Sep 2026 for breakfast. This place used to be my favourite place for breakfast. It has slowly evolved into just another ordinary sandwich shop. Efficiency has significantly declined - it now takes at least 30 minutes and three personal reminders just to get my coffee served. The breakfast menu has not changed much in the past 12 months. Seatings and furniture are a bit worn out after long period of usage. Service effciency and quality are also deteriorating. Largely understaffed, the smiles on the staff face has disappeared due to the stress. Like many other restaurant in Hong Kong, every staff is so busy handling online delivery orders and the needs of those dine-in customers are often ignored. I hope the staff training and service can improve. I ordered a mushroom risotto and the wrong order came (mussels pasta). I told them this is not what i ordered, they said this is what the machine printed, it is what you ordered. I said its impossible and i dont even eat mussels, is it possible your machine mixed up some orders or something. They said maybe your fingers clicked wrong, did you read the words or picture. I said i checked both before placing the order, unfortunately i closed the window after paying, so i cannot show them the screenshot. I insisted that i didnt order this because im having a skin allergy right now, its impossible i ordered this. They said no such incident has happened this morning, their machine is fine and this issue only happens at my table, maybe you didnt read clearly and you mixed up, this is what you ordered and you need to have this now. 2 mins later, the man on the table next to me actually ordered this mussels pasta, so i asked if the orders have been mixed up for some reason. The staff told them, no this is really what she ordered, she just change orders now and this is not your plate. So i Had to speak to another staff and asked them to change the dish after explaining, but they never apologised for their mistake, its more like they are doing me a favor for switching me a dish that i have ordered in the first place. Foodwise i think its a value deal and i enjoyed the food. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
