Really wanted to like this place, but the rude service ruined it. I was excited to try it, but the staff member I dealt with was shockingly dismissive and talked to me like I was stupid. Since I’m lactose intolerant, I asked, “Do you offer milk alternatives for the milk tea?” The employee snapped, “Why are you asking? It’s milk tea—it has milk.” I could’ve brushed off the first comment, except they kept treating me with the same condescending attitude. Super unprofessional and just plain rude. No one deserves that kind of service. The seats were uncomfortable as well. Few of the pastries were unique. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1
