Edit: It has been 2 months since I’ve been told that I would receive a refund, and still no update from the Guzman team. At first, was told that theres no need to submit anything via the app, after 1 month of waiting there was still no refund - so went down to the outlet again and then was told that everything must go through the app. Fine, so submit through the app. 2 weeks later, received an email asking for details of the order, which has already been conveyed to Guzman… then radio silence…. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
