A couple of years ago I wrote a very good rating for this restaurant. I came today again and while the service was good and the atmosphere was nice, the food was very disappointing. Not Mexican or Latin American at all. It seems the owners changed , and the food went complete wrong, from overcooked stake and humid tacos, to a an undrinkable michelada. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Today’s dining experience was, unfortunately, one I would strongly advise others to avoid. From the very beginning, the service lacked even the most basic level of professionalism. When our food arrived, the server simply placed the dishes in the middle of the table without identifying whose order was whose—clearly having no idea which dish belonged to which guest. We were left to sort it out ourselves. Worse still, one friend had requested a non-spicy version of a dish at the time of ordering. The server acknowledged the request and said it would be fine. However, while everyone else received their meals, his never arrived. Only after we asked did we discover that the dish was pre-made and could not be adjusted—something we were never informed of beforehand. There was no explanation, no follow-up, and no attempt to communicate while the rest of the table was already eating. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, the food itself did little to redeem the experience. Mediocre at best, it certainly did not justify the poor service. All in all, this was a disappointing meal from start to finish. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values basic service standards or a pleasant dining experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
