バンコクで美味しい生クリームはなかなか食べられないので、日本とは少し違うけど美味しいショートケーキに満たされました。焼きたてのフィナンシェは賞味期限が短いけどやっぱり美味しい。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

この店での食事を考えている方は、十分な資金に加えて、スタッフに対する並外れた忍耐力が必要になります。持ち帰りにして、店内で食事をするのは避けることを強くお勧めします。 理由： * 商品知識の欠如とプロ意識に欠ける態度: スタッフは、なぜ彼らのチーズケーキが「ダブルチーズケーキ」と呼ばれるのか、またどのような種類のチーズが使われているのかさえ知りませんでした。答えを得るまでに何度も尋ねる必要があり、その上、彼らのコミュニケーション方法は、有名店に期待するプロフェッショナルなサービスというよりは、友達とのおしゃべりのようでした。これは非常に残念でした。 * 不衛生で雑なテーブルセッティング: スタッフが素手でくしゃくしゃのティッシュを平らにして、フォークとナイフの下に置こうとしていました。彼らの努力にもかかわらず、ティッシュはしわくちゃのままでした。結局、フォークを置く際も、ティッシュの上にきちんと置かず、テーブルに直接置いていました。これは清潔感に全く貢献していません。 * 注意散漫なサービス: 私たち4人組はいくつか料理を注文しましたが、取り皿は自分たちで頼みに行かなければなりませんでした。スタッフはカウンターの奥で楽しそうにおしゃべりしていました。サービス料を徴収しない理由がよくわかります。 * 顧客体験への配慮の欠如: スタッフがお茶を運んできた際、トレーを音を立てて置き、「これ、誰の？」とただ尋ねました。ここのスタッフは、適切なトレーニングを受けていないか、トレーニングが効果的でないかのどちらかであることが明らかになりました。 結論として： 料理は許容範囲でしたが、このようなひどいサービスをサポートするために自分のお金を費やすことはできません。この店には二度と行きません。 For anyone considering dining here, be prepared to exercise extreme patience with the staff, in addition to having ample funds. I highly recommend getting your order to go and avoiding dining in altogether. Reasons for my recommendation: * Lack of Product Knowledge & Unprofessional Demeanor: The staff didn't even know why their cheesecake was called "double cheesecake" or what types of cheese were used. It took multiple attempts to get an answer, and even then, their way of communicating felt more like chatting with a friend than the professional service I'd expect from a well-known establishment. This was very disappointing. * Poor Hygiene and Table Setting: A staff member used their bare hands to flatten a crumpled tissue to place under the fork and knife. Despite their effort, the tissue remained wrinkled. Ultimately, when placing the fork, they just put it directly on the table, not even fully on the tissue. This certainly didn't contribute to a sense of cleanliness. * Inattentive Service: Our group of four ordered several dishes, and we had to go ask for sharing plates ourselves. The staff were too busy chatting and laughing among themselves behind the counter. It's clear why they don't charge a service fee here. * Disregard for Customer Experience: A staff member came to serve tea, loudly slammed the tray down, and then simply asked, "Whose is this?" This was the final straw for me. It became apparent that the staff here are either not properly trained or their training is ineffective. In Conclusion:. While the food was acceptable, I can't justify spending my money to support such poor service. I will not be returning to this establishment. I have been a Henri Charpentier customer for more than 15 years. The financier is great, thank you for opening a store in Bangkok. However, a huge letdown was takeaway packaging. It's something mediocre and unbelievable. A drinking plastic cup, really? Order type: Takeaway Price per person: ฿300–400
