この度は飛騨高山レストランにご来店……いえ、口コミをいただき誠にありがとうございます。スタッフの対応について「良かった」とのお言葉をいただき、大変嬉しく存じます。しかしながら、お料理の内容（2種類のタレや、本店でのシャトーブリアンの販売など）を拝見したところ、恐らく当店ではなく、他のお店様とお間違えではないかと思われます。当店では現在、お客様が仰るような「2種類の薄味のタレ」での提供は行っておらず、またシャトーブリアンの量り売りを行っている「本店」もございません。飛騨牛の柔らかさには自信を持って提供しておりますので、もしお肉が硬かったとすれば、それは私共にとっても非常に残念なことです。せっかくの貴重なご意見ですので、ぜひ正しいお店様へお届けいただければ幸いです。もし機会がございましたら、ぜひ一度当店の飛騨牛も味わいにいらしてください。スタッフ一同、心よりお待ちしております。Thank you for your feedback regarding our staff's service.
