Love the Hokien mee here. One of the best. Usually when I go (before 2026), service was good, food was nice and people are friendly. Recently when I went, service was non existence (just to get their attentionto order food, need to wave and wait like 15min or more), service staff order our food wrongly and almost all the items in the menu are like not available. May not go back there as the service is frustrating. Price per person: $20–30

The ambiance at HJ Bistro was truly delightful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The culinary offerings were prepared with evident care and presented beautifully. Each dish we sampled showcased fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations. Service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Firstly their smoke duck Carbonara is sour (the smoke duck itself)but the staff told me it's normal, ended with a diarrhea the next day. Secondly, the menu itself stated Guinness DRAFT pint for $20 but when it came the foam was not at the top, rather my G was close to splitting when it is served. When ask about it they said it was from the Can so could not top up, didn't know a Can of Guinness can cost 20 bucks. Service was good but those mention, idk man. I have never given a bad review till today. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
