This is a Thai version of the ubiquitous malatang operations. Pick your veggies and meat, choose the soup, pay, sit down and wait to be served. But the price is based on ingredient, not weighed. A full meal for me usually runs about 100-120 baht. I like the more choices of soup here - I typically end up with tom yum, but the miso is great too. Air conditioned. Clean. Free drinking water.
