台湾系巨大唐揚チェーンの旺角にある支店。Large Fried Chicken はおやつとして一人で食うのはきついのでSmall Size 辺りがお勧め。写真は「Small Size」。

Tried HOT-STAR for the first time ever purely on the kids’ insistence. The large fried chicken lives up to its reputation in one key way: it’s properly crispy on the outside with a solid spicy kick from the seasoning powder. The heat builds nicely and the crunch holds up, making it the kind of messy, satisfying snack that feels more like classic “boys’ food” — big portion, bold flavour, zero fuss. That said, the overall experience is held back by the service. Staff were neither particularly polite nor welcoming; the transaction felt purely transactional with little warmth or engagement. For a place that trades on that casual night-market vibe, a bit more friendliness would go a long way. Food-wise it delivers on the crispy-spicy promise and the kids were happy, so it’s not a write-off. But the lukewarm attitude from the counter keeps this at a solid, if unremarkable, three stars. This unprofessional behavior is completely intolerable, humiliating, and breaches all standards of acceptable customer service.Such actions severely damage your company's reputation. I demand a thorough investigation into this incident and appropriate disciplinary action against the staff member involved.
