Over a hundread bowls i ate and enjoyed at hachiban ramen from the past 3 years, . This branch service let me down the most. The washed wet bowl got served with hot chachumen and soup. . We know it is just a minor thing, but this hit my feeling when i move a bowl and it was all over wet. I believe the hot soup was definitely mixed with washed wet water. . They should know to wipe and dry a bowl before serving with ramen and hot soup. . It was my first bad experience where i didnt get even sorry or anything from this. . Still overall happy with the hachiban name but they should all train to serve the similar manner at all branches. . With love and respect Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
