Once again, Hachiban Ramen never fails to bring me comfort and joy. I truly adore this restaurant. No matter where my travels take me, I always find myself delighted whenever I come across one of its branches. And today, I had the pleasure of dining at yet another location here in Thailand. This time, I decided to try one of their new menu items after a lovely staff member kindly recommended it and mentioned that it had just been introduced. Naturally, I was intrigued and ordered it right away. And yes — it was both unique and genuinely delicious. I’ve had the regular Zaru Ramen before, which I’ve always enjoyed, but today I tried the spicy version instead. To my surprise, it was quite pleasant — flavorful, refreshing, and only mildly spicy, which suited me perfectly. It wasn’t overwhelmingly hot, and I found it very approachable. That said, I did notice that it was slightly saltier than the original version. So for those who are particularly sensitive to salty flavors, I might not wholeheartedly recommend this one. But if you enjoy trying something a little different with a gentle kick, it’s certainly worth experiencing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
