On the 7th jan we went to have dinner at hai hua at 7.50pm. There were only 3 tables with less than 10 customers. After we settled at a table close to the window to find the ceiling light was shinning down right at us. We requested to change the table. We waited for 17min but no one came. We called loudly to the waitress. There was only one waitress for the whole hall! In the end we moved to another table ourself. Real joke! Food was average, serving was no good(lack of staff). I will not step inside ever again. Spoiled our night.
