We have family lunch here, the dishes are generally good but a bit pricey, as the portions are quite small. The Peking Duck is ok, need to improve the slicing and wrapping. The staff are friendly but always couldn’t see them around. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Had lunch at Hai Tien Lo recently and it was a really enjoyable experience. What stood out immediately was the service. Yvonne was attentive throughout the meal—always observant without being intrusive, and very prompt whenever we needed anything. Plates were cleared quickly, which kept the table neat and made the whole dining experience feel smooth and well-paced. The food quality was also impressive. Every dish arrived piping hot, which is something you don’t always get at buffets where items can sometimes feel reheated. Here, you can really tell that the dishes are cooked à la minute—fresh, well-executed, and served at the right temperature. Overall, a solid dining experience with both strong service and consistently well-prepared food. Definitely a place worth returning to.
