Hajime Ramen is a small and cozy Japanese restaurant with amazing ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the ingredients are fresh. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese ramen, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! Hajima Ramen is a very nice and cosy spot that's suitable for families, groups of friends or couples. This ramen spot boasts a nice selection of ramen, from Miso, Shoyu to Curry based soups, and it very reasonably priced for what they offer. They even make their own noodles, and this was evident in the final product, with the noodles perfect consistency and chewiness, demonstrating the chef's understanding of noodle hydration ratios. The sides like the Hokkaido corn was already surprisingly delicious, and we bought more as it just wasn't enough. Aburi salmon was also nice, but not as warm as I would have liked it to be. We had the privilege of being served by Ae, who was friendly and attentive to our requirements of getting a bigger table for 2 families together. A great cosy spot for your ramen cravings, and we wish this business many more anniversaries to come. Price per person: ฿1–200
