113.1.28.Dinner The old ramen shop "Hakata Ramen Taiwan Main Store" that I have eaten many years ago is located at No. 4, Lane 253, Section 1, Fuxing South Road, Da'an District, Taipei City: It is about 3 minutes away from Exit 6 of Da'an MRT Station; multiple lines Take the bus to Renai Fuxing Intersection (Fuhua Hotel) and walk for about 2 minutes. It's just in the alley behind Ren'ai Campus of Taipei City United Hospital, and the transportation nearby is very convenient! I ordered 4 dishes today, with no service charge, totaling 460 yuan: 1. Fried chicken ramen 190 yuan: miso soup, thick, just right saltiness; thin noodles, moderately soft and chewy; and 8 pieces of fried crispy chicken, which tastes soft, tender and sweet; there is 1 piece Nori; a little onion; lots of sea vegetables. Liquidation! 2. Meat cutlet ramen 190 yuan: Hakata soup, I like the lighter taste; what is amazing is that there are 2 large pieces of cutlet, covering the bowl, it is very enjoyable to eat; thin noodles; the ingredients are the same! The ramen contains no alkaline water and no preservatives. Pure white soup: 200 pounds of large bones are used to make one pot of soup, and it is cooked for more than 2 days.
