This place is so gooood. My first words that I uttered after sip one was holy sh*t… The Tonkotsu broth was extremely flavorful. It’s milky in color and density, but with a umami punch infused via mushrooms imho. It was magical. There’s a good portioned size of chashu in the bowl and soft boiled egg to balance the minuscule amount of salt from the broth. If you still need relief from the broth, they offer pickled radishes and pickled ginger on the side. I just can’t get over the fact that the price is very reasonable and they offer variations of their ramen by giving choices between regular or spicy versions. If there’s a tiny little disadvantage to this location is that the seating is very limited. Either six parties or 16 individuals can be seated at any given time. So plan ahead is my recommendation or just avoid prime time. I think this is definitely in my list of top five best ramen restaurants in the world.
