The food was excellent—freshly cooked, well-prepared, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The freshness really stood out and elevated the overall experience. I also appreciated that they offered different spice levels for the ramen, making it easy to customize to your taste. I’m not a big fan of wagyu beef, but I am Muslim so I came here where I could have ramen without pork broth or alcohol. I opted for the vegan spicy ramen instead. I went for a very late lunch, so the restaurant was quiet at that time. I chose spice level 1, which was just right for me. I’ve tried levels 2 and above before, and those were very hot—the scale goes all the way up to 10. The ramen was lovely: a piping hot, comforting bowl that was perfect on a chilly afternoon. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and I would recommend this spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at GYUMON. The spicy ramen was absolutely delicious and packed with protein. The broth had amazing flavor, and the portion size was generous. The chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted great with the ramen. I also ordered the chicken gyoza (fried dumplings), and they were excellent. They were crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and made a perfect appetizer. The meal was so filling that after about 10 minutes, I couldn’t even finish the rest of my food because of how much they give you. What really made the experience even better was the service. The servers were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They also spoke English very well, which made ordering easy and comfortable for international visitors. Overall, GYUMON offers delicious food, generous portions, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and would happily come back again.
