I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible hospitality we received during our recent stay at your hotel. A special mention and sincere thanks go to Pooh, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. We arrived about an hour early, and she graciously helped us with an early check-in. Throughout our stay, Pooh was consistently kind, humble, and exceptionally helpful—truly a gem in your team. The hotel itself was fantastic. The buffet was delicious, and the staff managing it were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—with Jungceylon Mall just 3 minutes away, Patong Beach about 10–15 minutes on foot, the boxing stadium around 10 minutes’ walk, and even a 7-Eleven nearby for convenience. We also loved how all our tour cabs picked us up right at the hotel entrance—super convenient! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool with its stunning views was a highlight of our trip. Overall, our experience was simply perfect—10 out of 10. We will definitely recommend Hallo Patong Hotel to friends and family, and look forward to staying with you again in the future. Regards , Rashmi
