土鍋で提供される「激辛麻婆豆腐」の熱量と、価格改定に対する率直な実感がこもったレビューですね。 長年通っているからこそ感じる「味への信頼」と「コスト面の変化」をバランスよく反映し、英語を添えたGoogle口コミ形式で作成します。 久しぶりにこちらの「激辛麻婆豆腐」が恋しくなり訪問しました。 【料理・味】 ここの麻婆豆腐は、ただ辛いだけでなく、土鍋で提供されるため最後までアツアツ。豆板醤のコクと痺れるような辛さが絶妙で、ビールが止まらなくなる中毒性のある味わいです。付け合わせのザーサイや小鉢も、良い箸休めになります。 【コスパ・価格】 正直な感想として、以前に比べてかなり値上がりした印象を受けました。感覚としては「昔の倍くらいになったのでは？」と感じるほど。昨今の原材料費や光熱費の高騰を考えると致し方ない部分もあるかと思いますが、気軽なランチ・ディナーというよりは、少し気合を入れて行く価格帯になってきたかもしれません。 【総評】 「値段が高くなっても、この味が食べたい」と思わせるクオリティは健在です。ですが、以前のリーズナブルなイメージで訪れると少し驚くかもしれません。味自体は間違いなく星5つですが、価格面での変化を考慮して今回はこの評価とさせていただきます。 I visited again after finding myself craving their "Super Spicy Mapo Tofu." [Food & Taste] The Mapo Tofu here isn't just spicy; it's served in a clay pot, keeping it piping hot until the very last bite. The richness of the doubanjiang combined with the numbing spiciness is exquisite—it's an addictive flavor that makes it impossible to stop drinking beer. The accompanying zha cai and side dishes also serve as a nice palate cleanser. [Value & Price] To be honest, I got the impression that the prices have increased significantly compared to before. It felt as though they might have nearly doubled. While understandable given the recent surge in raw material and utility costs, it has shifted from a casual lunch or dinner spot to a price range that requires a bit of resolve. [Overall] The quality that makes you think, "I still want to eat this even if the price goes up," remains intact. However, if you visit with the old image of it being very budget-friendly, you might be a bit surprised.
