// - // - Located in the heart of Causeway Bay, is a Japanese restaurant specializing in serving exquisite Sukiyaki, and Shabu Shabu cuisines with exclusively imported from Japan. - - $ Presented with their top quality Saga A5 Wagyu for satisfaction, this delicate set features a combo of tastebud awakening appetizer and my all-time fav buttery Seared Wagyu Tataki and smokey Kushiyaki Platter before indulging into the Sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu main. - Tried out their Sukiyaki options for the main and it was truly impeccable and intoxicating to have watched the experienced chef cooking at our dining table, with Togarashi (Pepper-shaped meat in the shoulder area, perfect for medium or medium-rare cooking) and Sankaku (Richer in umami flavor and well-marbled comparing to other wagyu cuts) for the Sukiyaki, the bowl of Aomori steamed rice was gone in no time as we were delighting in the lustrous and succulent Wagyu that were flawlessly cooked in medium-rare! - ( + ) - // % // ʙs-ᴊᴀᴅ-ʀᴘ-ғʀ
