念願のフサキさんに泊まった際に予約してくれていたレストランへ。 お酒のペアリング付きコースでした！ 使う材料を最初に持ってきてくれて丁寧に説明していただき、コーススタート。 お料理はどれも美味しかったですし、量もちょうど良かったです。 担々麺がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて印象的でした！ お店も今回特別にと個室を準備してくれてました。(彼が伝えてくれていたそうです) ホテルの中は思っていたよりも子供が多くてわちゃわちゃしてましたが、こちらのレストランではゆっくりお食事を楽しめたのが良かったです。 お値段もコースで割とするので、もう少し優しめな接客をしていただけたら、より満足度が高くなりました。 ですが、お気遣いなど色々ありがとうございました！. What an experience — all seven courses were perfectly seasoned, made from local ingredients (which alone is a big plus), and fresh. The soft-drink pairing was also superb und matched the dishes perfectly. We felt completely at ease the entire evening; the service catered to all our wishes, and there was even a small highlight at the end since we celebrated our honeymoon at Hanare.
