台湾在住の日本人の方から、お勧めされてサニーヒルから、徒歩圏内だったので行ってきました。 オープンと同時に入店 夜はすごく混むらしいので、お昼前がお勧めです。 どの料理も美味しかった 店内も綺麗でしたし、従業員の方も丁寧に対応してくださいました。 他の店舗よりメニューが豊富らしいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch

土曜日の17時開店と同時に入店。 予約なし。 何品か頼んだ。 どれもとびきり美味くはないな。 それよりどの店員もホスピタリティ がない。まずは愛想が全くない。 お茶の容器が空でも気に止めない。 所作が基本的に荒い。支払い後も ありがとうございました、も言わない。 お高く止まった店。 それに10%のサービス税は払いたくない。あえて予約して行く店ではないし、次は行かないし、紹介もしたくないな。. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–600

We visited Hang Zhou Xiao Long Bao (Minsheng) with high hopes — and to be fair, the food was actually pretty decent. The xiao long bao and other dishes were flavourful and well-executed, so credit where it’s due to the kitchen team. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the terrible service. The staff actively ignored us, even when we waved clearly to get their attention. It wasn’t just inattentiveness — it felt intentional. And when someone finally did respond, the attitude was shockingly rude. It’s a shame, because the food alone could have made this a solid spot. But the unwelcoming, borderline hostile service made it hard to enjoy the meal. If they could improve the front-of-house experience, this place would be worth recommending — but for now, go in with very low expectations on service, or consider takeaway.
