gave them clear instructions not to add certain items in my food. had to wait 20mins for that first. and when it came,it was not followed! and then i had to wait another 10mins..and guess what..they got it wrong again! maybe it is just not my day. ????

I am utterly disgusted by your staff - a short hair Aunty clearing the table. A lady with her elderly mother on wheel chair was very politely following after her from table to table requesting her to help clear their table. She totally ignored her without any responses. She continue to clear other table without much to clear and empty without anybody sitting. Totaling ignoring the lady. I observed her for awhile which she continue to clear other tables. She even complained to another lady (about whatever). I tried to tell her to help that lady to clear the table and she told me off that she know what to do and ask me not to “Kaypo”. My previous visit, another younger staff behaved the same. I told her to help clear the table and she turn a deaf ear and continue clearing other unoccupied tables with little to clear. What sort of service is this!!!!

If not for my fiancée, I wouldn’t have ate here! Service was extremely terrible! Staffs with grumpy faces! Why employ a Pinoy staff when he can’t understand Nor speak Chinese? Walk like a hooligan while cleaning up!
