Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience and the food was enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and service was satisfactory. One area that could use improvement is the serving trays. During my visit, the tray provided had a noticeable unpleasant smell and felt damp. For hygiene reasons, I would suggest ensuring trays are thoroughly cleaned and completely dried before being returned for customer use. Damp trays can potentially encourage bacterial or mould growth and may affect customers' perception of cleanliness. I also noticed quite a number of flies in the dining area. Perhaps management could consider additional pest control measures, such as more frequent cleaning of food waste areas, fly traps, or improved air curtains to help keep flies away from customers and food. Other than these observations, I have no major complaints and hope this feedback helps further improve the dining experience for everyone. I would like to compliment one of your staff members for his outstanding attitude. Despite the store at Waterway Point being understaffed, Fidelis remained cheerful, patient, and consistently positive throughout. He even served our drinks to our table because there was a delay in preparing them. His upbeat energy and excellent service really made a difference to our overall experience. The beef burger set - the petty is very dry. The fries were cold . The chicken curry rice set - rice is cold , chicken curry is cold too and the potato is hard . Mushroom soup- the soup tastes plain . Overall the food is really not up to standard as last time Han’s . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
