Location is accessible, nice ambience . Food is good but cold kahit may food warmer. Toilet is outside and no tissue paper. But overall good experience Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Looking for a authentic filipino restaurant with very tasty dishes, well this is the place in Bangkok. Located at The Mall Bangkok, this little cafe restaurant is a few yards walking distance from the entrance of the Mall. Once you arrive at the Mc Donalds exit of The Mall looking out at the street you walk several yards out on the sidewalk to the hotel on the right. You'll cross a tiny single person bridge and you should see the signs for the Hapag Pinoy Resto Bar on a advertising banner. The entrance is through the doors in the back. You'll pass a few shops but not many. Open the left double window door of the cafe (because I thought they were closed. because the right door doesnt open). You'll be greeted with wonderful smiles and welcomes. Bar to the right and seating to the left with a karaoke in the far left corner with instruments for weekly bands. Its a cafe bar so seating is limited. On the menu there are many filipino favorites. You will have to get there early because they can run out of your favorites. Today, is sunday when they serve a buffet. Lots of chicken and vegetable trays. I ordered the squid and pork adobo with rice. Yummy and I would say the best adobo I've tasted here in Bangkok. The squid is equal in flavor and delicious. For dessert, I ordered of course HALO HALO. The famous iced shaved ice dessert with ube, mango and all the fruity thingys inside. It is enough to make me sleepy. The staff is very nice as well as the atmosphere. There is an area for singing in the corner and there is weekend entertainment that includes music and comedy. See the website for info. Overall, a really pleasant place to visit and enjoy filipino food. I have been looking for a long time for a filipino restaurant and miss them dearly living and growing up in Hawaii. Now that I found this restaurant, I am certain to be a regular customer for the food and for the entertainment. Highly Recommended! Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
