Happy Fattory is a wonderful little restaurant in the heart of Phitsanulok serving Western fare, including steak, chips, rice dishes and very, very good quesadillas! There are a few vegetarian options. The restaurant is very comfortable and beautifully decked out. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I will be back!
