Wow. You can tell the food is good when you’re willing to eat hot soup on a hot day. I asked the owner’s recommendation for his most popular noodle soup, which was the tomato noodle soup. This thing is great for vegans/vegetarians. It’s got at least 4 types of tofus (all amazingly delicious). I dug into the tofus first because that was what I was most excited about seeing. Then came the noodle test. And yep, the noodles have a bite to them so I loved it. Also comes with enoki mushrooms, potato leaves, and obviously tomato. The broth itself is like a sweet tomato broth. I didn’t love it (it’s not something I’d drink the broth of) but that’s not to say the taste of the dish was bad — all the edible components (tofu, veggies, noodles) were amazing. Atmosphere is minus due to dinginess if we want to be picky, but what I guess it means is this is authentic local street food! Edit: I went back for the braised ramen. I’d still say the tomato soup was better. I liked the tofu in the tomato noodle more. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Everything’s vegetarian! Dietary restrictions: Vegan options too!

There's a wide variety of local specialties to choose from. Prices are very affordable and taste is quite good. A good choice for a no-frills quick meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
