We had ordered kuih jongkong for iftar yesterday to be collected today. There was a msg at 3+ pm to say that it can be collected. My partner came to collect at 6pm and the staff nonchalantly said, "Oh we had a customer of the same name and gave the jongkong away. Sorry." No sincere apologies, no service recovery and zero effort to make up for their mistake, other than to offer half heartedly "Do you want bubur?" Suffice to say that just because your jongkong is nice, doesn't mean you can inconvenience people this way, especially when customers are fasting and made the effort to come and collect. Next time, try to ensure that you commit to your orders. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
