Without a doubt, this was the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in Pattaya We clearly told the waitress that we cannot eat spicy food and asked her to recommend a completely non-spicy main dish. Instead, she recommended one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, assuring us it wasn’t spicy. When it arrived, more than half of it was so spicy that we simply couldn’t eat it. When we explained the situation, the waitress called the manager, who casually said, “This is the mildest dish we can offer.” If that’s true, why recommend it to customers who explicitly said they needed non-spicy food? We had already ordered two mild soups, and they would have been enough if someone had just been honest with us instead of upselling an expensive dish we couldn’t eat. The rest of the meal was just as disappointing. The wine was overpriced and tasted terrible, and the naan was burnt. Nothing justified the prices they charge. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. No apology, no replacement, no refund, and no attempt to fix their mistake. We left most of the food untouched, left the restaurant hungry, and still paid almost 900 baht for a meal we couldn’t eat. Avoid this restaurant. There are far better Indian restaurants in Pattaya where the staff actually listen to their customers, serve food that matches what was requested, and care about the dining experience. This place managed to combine poor service, poor food, and poor value—all in one visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
