Please tell me what are those? I didn’t order via grab so can’t really bring it up on there so I’m here to ask, are those worms? It’s hard and has eyes I don’t have the time to go back to shop to bring this food back there and mind you, I was already eating half of it till I saw those scaley things which I thought was beef and luckily I didn’t and went to check on it.

To the Owner/Management of New Hawa Restaurant, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your Blk 801 Tampines location. The issues I encountered are significant and, as a customer, I feel they require your immediate attention. My primary complaint is about the quality and taste of the food. I ordered the kway teow beef, and it was incredibly bland, tasteless, and lacked essential ingredients and sauces. It was akin to ordering kway teow goreng without any chili or sauce, making the dish wholly unsatisfying. The mee goreng was also disappointing and simply "so-so." As the owner, you must step in and personally review the food. The chef's cooking and food presentation are lacking and do not meet the standards one would expect from a professional establishment. A complete review of the recipes, ingredients, and the overall quality control process is essential to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. Furthermore, my experience was worsened by the poor service. A Malay lady stationed near the kitchen, who was managing the food distribution, was very not friendly too. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for customers. Given that a quick search of online reviews shows that many customers have similar complaints regarding food taste, portion sizes, and service, I urge you to take these criticisms seriously. These are not isolated incidents but rather signs of a systemic issue that needs to be addressed from the top down. I was a customer who wanted to enjoy a good meal, but because of these issues, I will not be returning.
