What happened to this shop? The sloppy mess I was served today (poached chicken with lo mein noodles) bore no resemblance at all to the version I recently enjoyed at the original shop in Singapore's Chinatown Center. Indeed it also bore no resemblance to the excellent and correct food I enjoyed when Hawker Chan first entered the market in Taipei. Now it looks like a mediocre lunch box with pointless bland vegetables--not at all Hawker Chan style!--thrown in. Management in Singapore: if you read this, you really need to come and restore basic order here. Otherwise this shop should be rebranded as TAIWAN CHAN.
