情報の誤りを報告する
Firstly, the employee can walk away halfway when we were ordering and came back without saying any "excuse me" or "sorry for the wait" and act like nothing happened. Okay nvm since these behaviour seems common recently.
Next, we have 6 ppl and there's not enough seats so we split into 2/4 initially. But one of the table was right below the aircon and we were shivering while waiting for the food, so when there was an empty seat (no one queuing outside), we changed to the table beside ours. After 30mins, we were still waiting for our food when a table for 6 was free, we asked for a change of table so the 6 of us can sit together but the waitress became unhappy and said "你们要换几次" (How many times do you wanna change)?!!! There was no one queuing outside and our food was not even ready yet! Somemore it's self collection! we don't even need to bother her to change table number for the food! I can't believe what i heard at first but how can she be so rude to customers?! And among the 6 of us, there's 3 older folks, how can you be so rude?! Then i asked her its okay to change right? We wanted to sit tgt from the start! She just stare at me without saying a word?!
