The place has only gotten better over the years. Weather your goal is to shed 5-8 kilos in a week or a little more, or to reset your system and get back your health lol no further. It’s by far the best wellness resort I have found on this planet. Staff is incredible and the simple program is the best available. What it’s not is an overpriced 5star luxury resort focused on your money. Affordable, beautiful and one of a kind. My third stay and I’ll be back after my busy life requires it. Service: 5

My 28-Day Reset at Health Oasis – Koh Samui Completing the 28-day program at Health Oasis was truly one of the best gifts I have ever given myself. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely supported. The staff were incredibly attentive, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable and cared for throughout the entire journey. The setting itself is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the beach right on your doorstep, watching the most spectacular sunsets each evening, and being surrounded by such tranquility created the perfect environment to truly reset both body and mind. This retreat gave me the rest I didn’t even realise I needed. Being able to slow down, focus on my health, and allow my body to cleanse and recover was an incredible experience. Over the 28 days I lost 7 kilos, but more importantly I feel clean, rejuvenated, and reconnected with myself. Health Oasis is more than just a retreat — it’s a place where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and give your body and mind the reset they deserve. I’m deeply grateful for the care, the peaceful environment, and the transformation I experienced during my stay. Service: 5
