Been here for matcha and hojicha twice. The service from both the lady and the guy behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly both visits and the drinks are pretty good. Haven't tried their food just yet and although I think they could work on a cozier/inviting lighting inside this place is perfect for a quick caffeine fix. Ridiculous experience. Waited for over 40mins and then got told one of the order cannot be served. And the other order finally came without included toast and drink. Mentioned it and still did not come. Our patience ran out after 1 hour being there having nothing in the stomach. Horrible way to start the day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
