ゴマの香りがとても良い。 店の前を通り過ぎると、ゴマの良い香りがします。それに惹かれて胡麻ソフトクリームを買いました。濃厚、甘すぎずとても美味しかったです。食べていると口の周りや口の中が黒くなるので、妻と笑いながら食べました。 他にもゴマ巻きのような魅力的なものもありましたがそれは次回の楽しみにしたいと思います。オクトパスでの支払い可。店員さんも感じが良かったです。. I placed a self-pickup order via Keeta at Heartwarming, Prince Edward branch on 29 March at around 3:30 p.m. About 10 minutes later, I asked at the shop and a short-haired female staff member simply replied, “Not yet, wait a moment.” Since the platform showed the pickup time as 3:53 p.m., I returned at that time, only to be told, “I called twice earlier and you didn’t come to collect it.” The fact is that no system notification had been sent. When I pointed this out, instead of checking the process or apologising, she responded, “Fine, fine, just leave quickly.” I then discovered that no cutlery had been provided. Although I had already selected cutlery on the platform, she still spent several minutes checking the order, was visibly impatient, rolled her eyes, and only then handed it over. What was most disappointing was not merely the confusion over the order, but the way the issue was handled: blaming the customer first, refusing to acknowledge the shop’s own failure, speaking rudely, and treating even a basic correction as a burden. If Heartwarming cannot manage something as basic as its pickup process and staff attitude, even good products will be overshadowed by this level of service. 本人於 29/3 約15:30 經 Keeta 下單自取。落單後約10分鐘到店查詢，該名短髮女店員只係非常不耐煩咁講一句：「未得呀等陣啦」。由於平台顯示取餐時間係 15:53，我就等到時間先再去拎。 點知到咗 15:53 再問，該店員竟然第一時間怪責我：「頭先叫左兩次都唔黎拎」。問題係 Keeta 根本冇通知我 ready，你哋自己冇按程序通知客人，仲要反過來怪客，真係莫名其妙。我即時講明：「你地冇㩒制話我知 ready」，對方唔單止冇道歉，仲非常惡咁講：「得啦得啦快啲走啦」 之後我再發現冇俾餐具，我話我喺平台已經揀咗餐具，個店員竟然仲要花幾分鐘睇單、問人，最後仲反白眼、好唔情願咁先俾返餐具我。邊個貪你啲紙匙羹呀 成件事最離譜唔係等餐，而係店員態度極其惡劣、無禮、推卸責任，仲有明顯趕客意味。做餐飲忙唔係大晒，基本禮貌都冇，完全不能接受。 暖心芝作太子店請正視員工服務態度問題。.
