We love Heaven’s Lotus! The service is always warm and attentive, the staff make you feel very welcome every time. The set menus are well designed with great variety, and the portions are generous. The fish dishes are especially fresh and flavorful — definitely a highlight. The restaurant also has a cozy and lively atmosphere that makes it enjoyable for both family and friends. We come here almost every week, and the consistency of food quality and service always impresses us. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic and delicious Thai food! First time here. The set lunch for two is a value for money meal. The sizeable steam fish is pretty tasty. The fried vegetables is okay and the Thai milk tea is also nice. On the other hand, the chicken was a bit hard to chew. Friendly and helpful staff. The fire under the serving tray for the fish was somehow extinguished. We asked for the fire to be reignited to keep the fish warm. However, we were told that they run out of alcohol. The staff gladly offered to bring the whole tray of fish into the kitchen to warm up. And they did that twice. Good customer service to warm up the fish but bad planning to be out of alcohol. Overall still find the food nice and will come back again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Most reviews here aren't even for the correct restaurant. This used to be triple saap which actually used to be good and authentic. I've given this place a try in the past but didn't leave much of an impression but this time certainly did. I waited almost 5min at lunch to get any server's attention to just sit down when the restaurant was half empty. I ordered my food thru QR code and the two people who came in after me finished their food before I even got mine. I asked and apparently the kitchen missed my order. The basil pork had almost no basil or chilli (not sure if they even used actual holy basil). I couldn't tell if it was chicken or pork I got to be honest. Then the side dish of papaya salad I ordered was just the final disappointment. It came after I finished my meal and was overly salty drenching in a bowl of fish sauce. They seem understaffed as well. Don't think I'll come back which is a shame because I work in the area. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
