Wow the pepper steak was delicious. Cook 5 means medium well in USA. I liked the corn soup also. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I had the tenderloin and here's some info for my American colleagues. Hey Mu! Serves Sirloin and Tenderloin steaks with either mushroom or pepper sauce. It is not thick cut. Taiwan does not use the: Rare - Well done metric. They use 1-10. I recommend 3 if you want rare. 5 was medium. 7 is well done. 10 is charcoal. Each entree comes with corn chowder and I recommend the Texas Toast Order at the front desk and pay up front. Overall, it was a pleasant experience after eating so much Chinese food. Will try again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
