Staff is very rude and lack of customer service experience, the menu cannot load,suddenly got mad and scold customer about the matter and want to ask anything also all got ignore, not not that the food quality is very bad. Its recommended not to come here, just walk a few steps, go to cauway point eat sushi hiro or ichiban boshi more delicious. Not Recommended to come to this restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was horrible. The rice was 40 mins late despite having no crowd. Rice tasted so dry as if it’s leftover from the previous day. Service is extremely slow with rude & u interested staff. Don’t waste time coming here, find another sushi place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Is been many years didn’t go back to hei sushi, the experience is getting worst to horrible, *Oyster cheese 4pcs $9.90, not bad the taste. Acceptable, * Chawanmushi taste like water, and very sweet. Worst chawanmushi I had eaten before. * BEEF TEISHOKU, beef not fresh, got blood and very strong of not fresh smell, I only eat 1mouth. Feedback to the restaurant, but Not allow to refund, And hot water also need $1 each(cup) the cup just put on the table. I use 2cup, 1 for my tea, 1 for hot water. But been charge for extra $2, Thé restaurant didn’t advise anything, service CMI, food CMI, I very surprise they still can survive until today. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
