I can’t imagine how this restaurant survives in Singapore. Food was terrible: sushi rice felt mushy, sashimi texture was weird though it was quite thick. Soba was sweet. Everything was just off. And when you place order, it totals your spending on the app but it doesn’t count certain plates so you are misled to think you have only spent $x amount. In the end two of us spent $100 on crap food. It was sooooo bad. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Told them no lettuce for the handroll when I ordered, they delivered with lettuce. I asked the kitchen lady who delivered. Her reply was, "but it's already inside" with no further remedy. Excellent service indeed. I was there when there were little customers too, but this seems too tough for them. Probably 10x worse if you encounter them during a time they have customers. Food: 1 Service: 1

Family and I were famished and this was the only place without a queue. Major red flag, probably blinded by the hunger :( staff were always missing, couldn’t even find them to make a payment. Food served was hard, cold and sad. Didn’t recall Hei sushi having such standards, and I certainly hope it doesn’t continue to be this way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
