Got to experience an amazing German fine dining lunch at Heimat by Peter Find They offer a 2 or 3-course lunch set. We started with the house-made bread served with sour cream and cheese. It was warm, fresh and such a comforting start. Then came the 63º egg and Bavarian sausage & cheese salad which were both light and refreshing. For mains, we had the smoked pork belly, Frankfurter & Thüringer sausage. They were perfectly cooked and paired with sauerkraut that really opened up the appetite! Chef Peter Find even let us try the Spätzle. It was our first time having it (kinda like pasta — loved it! ) Dessert was a highlight too! I highly recommend trying their semolina pudding and chocolate cake. Both were light, not overly sweet and left us feeling satisfied without the guilt. To top it all off, Chef Find came out to say hi and the staff were super professional explaining each dish with care. Featured items: 63º Egg & Spinach & Crispy Onion.
